Jim Steinkamp has more than 16 years of experience in healthcare
and employee benefits consulting, serving primarily mid-to-large
national employers.
Before forming the Employee Benefit Strategies Group (EBSG),
he held senior management positions with several global
consulting organizations including Deloitte Consulting and
Marsh Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a senior health
underwriter for a major Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.
Jim specializes in developing and managing all aspects of
employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit programs.
He has generated millions of dollars in savings for clients
through his expertise in:

analysis,

plan design,

modeling,
- vendor
selection, and
- plan
performance monitoring.
Jim
holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University
of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a master's of business administration
degree from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern
Methodist University in Dallas.
