Bill
Ransom brings 25 years of employee benefits leadership to
EBSG clients.
As a senior manager with several national consulting firms,
he was responsible for ensuring service excellence and long-term
client relationships. His career has included positions
as senior vice president and middle market benefits manager
at Marsh Inc. and Sedgwick, area vice president of Gallagher
Benefit Services, Inc., and senior manager in the Human
Capital practice of Deloitte.
He also has experience as an independent broker and a large-group
representative for a major health plan. Bill's benefits
expertise has resulted in competitive benefit packages and
substantial cost savings for his employer clients.
For the past 17 years, he's been the primary employee benefits
advisor to a company, recognized annually as one of Forbes
Magazine's Best 100 Places to Work.
Bill has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri
State University and a master's of science degree in education
from Drury University.
